last, final, additional wikis

With the inceasing anxiety of senior course requirements i revisted my wiki articles contributing a last touch-up for the semester.
After reading an archive Guitar World interview i added some Vito Bratta solo philosophy, and style comparisons.
Jim Macpherson's album credits were expanded as well as his latest tour information and related band departures.
Steven Drozd's wiki received an updated influence/style section - upon a rediscovered album review/interview. - as well as a general re-formating

wiki- Vito Bratta comment

Vito Bratta is mostly an unsung and underappreciated guitarist. Despite my difficulty with username recognition, whether it was signing in(which i doubt) or some other classification misfortune, i am proud but not finished with my contribution. Although when i first saw his wiki it was merely a list of 5 topics spoken about in an interview and a snippet about a produced record -i then had the opportunity to add at length his expansive equipment preferences, musical approach, and influences. All that i have added still leaves me with the feeling more needs to be written. I did not exprience any negative edits, or did i witness any substantial additions. I hope with more research and a better sense of the picture adding process i can include some candid photographs of a musical missing legend.

I noticed some of my additions were classified under 68.46.105.54 among other sets of numbers including the word Talk - this may be related to reference issue that was posted throughout the semester. I apologize for the confusion, and i assure my compliance to course requirement.

please read and add to the wiki article @

wiki - Dave Tough comment

Dave Tough barely had a wiki, which is why i wanted to contribute. If you have read any of my previous posts about him or his wiki, you can see the respect, value and meathook heartbreak myself and many others have for this thin kid out of Chicago. I noticed once i started to add a bit with maybe too much subjectivity, others joined in not editing me back but instead adding in their own insight, discography and liner note nuance. At one point a user wanted to join this wiki with a music based wiki edition and I did not object - i just wanted to appropriately add some much needed flesh to a great talent's electronic history. - and i think because of this class i did.

wiki- Steven Drozd comment

I have always been a big Drozd fan, because of his infamous and identifiable drum work. I was intially concerned with my selection, considering the Flaming Lips rising popularity, but was surprised by the low level vital stat birthday, birthplace approach to his wiki. After adding some specific info as to his training, and background a fellow wiki user added a picture block with a strip of headlines, which in combination with my text-only equipment and project mentionings, fleshed out the wiki's appearance. I hope with our large addition to the article, the page will continue to grow. I had a difficult time adding pictures due to the wiki copyright steps, and hope others can add some lifeblood to the page of an admirable and innovative musician.

wiki- Jim Macpherson comment

I selected JM mostly because, aside from his birthday and a few band affliations, there was not much of a wiki article for him. A reason for this could be his lack of mainstream popularity and subsquent lack of information about him. Through a lot of interview and note reading i was able to amass a collection of facts and accounts of his style and background. Since it was and is a low traffic article, i did not experience much content editing from other users. In looking back, and once being someone who first discovered wikipedia and spent hours jumping from topic to topic, i am proud to have assembled a little something for anyone who, like me, is impressed or interested by the creativity and perserverance of a talented, and underappreciated drummer.

Los Dinos Knows-Throwing Good cars after Good? teamate blog comment

A classmate's blog has recently mentioned Yahoo's Green Challenge. Yahoo hopes to increase ecological awarness by noting the greenest city in the country. The winning city in turn will receive 10 hybrid cars to decrease CO2 emissions. Although the publicity could make an impact, don't you think the worst city in the country should get the hybrids?
Somehow i think L.A. may need the help
------------------------ although maybe more cars isn't the answer.
